An Artistic Eye is a series of video interviews with leading visual artists Dorothy Cross, Alice Rekab, and Eva Rothschild.
Suitable for young people aged 15-18 years, topics covered will include the path to becoming an artist; what they consider to be the best thing about being an artist; and, what is their day-to-day life like.
Working across drawing, sculpture, painting, photography, film, and installation, each of the artists will share their unique take on how, and when, they decided to become an artist, how their work is developed, and what being an artist means to them.
The interviews will be presented by The Douglas Hyde Gallery in partnership with the Dublin City Arts Office, Dublin City Council.
