Balbriggan Youth Theatre Promotional Video (YTI)

As part of Fingal County Council’s Cruinniú na nÓg Programme 2024, with the support of Creative Ireland, Balbriggan Youth Theatre, has created a short promotional video to raise awareness of youth theatre locally and to support the youth theatre to grow their membership. The group worked alongside their facilitators to write a script, plan the film shoot, purchase costumes and design props. 

Led by the group  – aged 12 -17 – and under the guidance of a professional Videographer, filming took place over the course of an afternoon in Balbriggan library. Balbriggan Youth Theatre empower young people through the performing arts, providing a safe, inclusive space for them to be creative, make friends, gain self-confidence, and learn new skills. And most importantly, have fun! Lots of fun! 

The promotional video will be made public for Cruinniú na nÓg on 15th June 2024. It will be shared on Fingal County Council and Fingal Library social media and youtube channels.
