‘Be True to Your Work, Your Word, and Your Friend’ – Launch of Breifne College Mural

Breifne College Creative Committee students play a pivotal role in amplifying the student voice in the arts.

As part of their Cruinniú na nÓg initiative, the students proposed the creation of an outdoor artwork to serve as a focal point and conversation starter for the entire school community.

In collaboration with Vanessa Power, a renowned mural artist, the students are designing a mural inspired by the quote, “Be true to your work, your word, and your friend.” 

This mural aims to embody the values of integrity, commitment, and friendship, fostering a sense of unity and inspiration within the school environment.

Everyone is welcome to the launch, which takes place from 12.30 – 13.30 on 15 June, the day of Cruinniú na nÓg, and booking is not required.
