Beyond the Emoji is a literature and art collaboration aimed at schoolchildren aged 9-12.
In a series of in-person sessions, Bee Smith and Morag Donald will broaden the children’s vocabulary, increase emotional literacy and create poems and art that reflect the integration of both the visual and literate.
An exhibition of their work will be displayed on June 10 in Johnston Central Library.
