Book launch of “A Viking Boot for Dragon”

This Cruinniú na nÓg author Leigh Dowling will officially launch his second children’s book, “A Viking Boot for Dragon” at Tipperary Town Library.  

You’re invited to storytime by Viking Ivar Lodarbookson, a Viking arts and craft session, and a Viking roar competition. 

Stories are suitable for 4-8 year olds but all are welcome.

A Viking Boot for Dragon is a Viking saga about making friends “Leif a Viking who has just turned twelve, sets off on a Viking adventure. Unbeknownst to him, one of his birthday gifts will take him on a quest further from home than he has ever been, to meet someone very unexpected indeed”

Within the illustrations, children will discover a host of Scandinavian mythological characters.
