Build a Bug Hotel

  • Climate Change

Build your very own bug hotel – small, organic shelters which insects and snails can use to escape from predators and hibernate in.

These hotels are simple to make and an effective way to protect terrestrial insects, which are experiencing a global decrease in population, largely due to climate change.

You will design a one-of-a-kind and completely biodegradable hotel, which you can then take home for the lucky bugs in your garden!

A fun and creative space to explore proactive and imaginative environmental remedies which will encourage biodiversity in your own garden.

Suitable for 9–11 year olds.

The workshop is free but places are limited so booking is essential. Book now by contacting 071 962 0789.
