Carnival Workshop – Carlow Arts Festival

Carlow Arts Festival is excited to present a Cruinniú na nÓg carnival workshop.

Children can make masks and costumes and learn how to perform in a carnival in advance of the Carnival of Collective Joy, taking place through the streets of Carlow later that day!

Please note: Videography/photography will be taken at this event in order to help us promote the work of Creative Ireland Carlow through local and national media and social media.
