Craftastics and It’s a Process Art will be running this inclusive event in collaboration with Crinniu na nOg on the 15th of June 2024. The event is aimed at all children in the Laois area, including home educated children, neurodivergent and disabled children of all ages.
The event will be organised to ensure that activities are age appropriate, accessible and inclusive for different ages and abilities, and to include groups of children who may not have had the opportunity to access an inclusive event before.
Differentiated approaches will be used to ensure that all children can participate in the activities. Children will be encouraged to explore their creativity by creating clay and watercolour pieces on this nationwide day of creating and celebrating.
We aspire to create a fun and inclusive event with activities that are enjoyable and accessible to all children, whilst also celebrating Ireland’s rich Celtic Art History.
