This workshop will provide young people with a space to not only be creative and arty, but also reflect on a lovely encouraging vision of Hope.
This is a very important concept to introduce into young minds. Evidence shows how Hope is a major protective factor for emotional wellbeing, and is a concept and tool that people can use when they are in challenging time.
An individual art piece will be created to represent each young person own representation of Hope. It is also proposed that an additional group art piece will be produced composed of efforts by everyone in the group.
