Creative Mindfulness with KatieAnne Stanley

The workshop aims to introduce mindfulness and promote positive mental health and well-being for children within a fun environment.

This one hour workshop will include mini mindfulness exercises, interactive storytelling, the creation of their own mind jars and conclude with meditation and movement.
