Using gaming as a creative medium, twenty teenagers from diverse communities in Wexford and Belfast will explore the causes and impacts of climate change in these two maritime settings.
Building the cohort from the Creative Youth Lab at Wexford Arts Centre and the MAC Creative Learning programme, the group will take part in a long distance ‘game jam’.
Using video conferencing technology the group will work together to develop ideas and content for a digital/video game that promotes positive action for environmental issues in local and cross-border maritime settings, both rural and urban.
