Discover Youth Theatre Shannon 12-18 years

Join members of Clare Youth Theatre for workshop exploring all we do in Clare Youth Theatre.

Ages: 12-18 years | Time: 4pm to 5pm

What to Expect for workshops:

  • Interactive Drama Games: Warm up and unleash your creativity with a series of interactive drama games designed to build confidence, teamwork, and imagination.
  • Improvisation Exercises: Discover the joy of spontaneous storytelling and quick thinking through fun improvisation exercises that encourage participants to think on their feet and collaborate with others.
  • Basic Devising Techniques: Learn the foundations of devising theatre as we explore how to create original scenes and stories from scratch. Participants will have the chance to brainstorm ideas and bring their own characters and scenarios to life.
  • Creative Expression: Enjoy a supportive environment where everyone is encouraged to express themselves, take creative risks, and most importantly, have fun!

This workshop is perfect for beginners and those new to drama. No previous experience is necessary – just bring your enthusiasm and a willingness to play.
