Over the course of five weekends, these Zoom workshops will teach young people how to write their own plays. They will participate in online drama workshops that will investigate character, plot and structure.
The theme of the project is Family, inspired by the reality that many people have been unable to see their loved ones over the past year.
Participants’ drama pieces will be filmed and edited, and a final piece will be presented to an audience of friends and family on Saturday, June 12th for Cruinniù na N-òg.
The workshops will be facilitated by Gillian Grattan and anyone interested can get in touch by calling Gillian on 086 2634556 or sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
The workshops will take place on the following dates via Zoom: May 15th, 22nd and 29th, and June 5th and 12th. Group one will run from 10:00 – 11:30 am and group two will run from 12:00 – 1:30 pm.
To take part you will need access to a laptop or tablet, and a pen and paper.
