Family Tour at the National Print Museum
Garrison Chapel, Beggars Bush Barracks,
Through three tactile and engaging activities children can learn about a selection of the traditional printing presses, working directly with artefacts from the Museum’s collection. Participants are also given the opportunity to experience traditional hand-setting and printing, and use the Japanese paper craft of origami learn how to make their very own printer’s hat.
For all ages, but especially suited for families with children aged 7 -12 years. No booking necessary - just drop by!
