Flipbook Animation Workshop (Autism Friendly)

Come visit the Hunt Museum this Cruinniú na nÓg and try out Flipbook animation at this Autism friendly workshop.

Join Joseph Orr, award winning stop motion animator, for this flipbook workshop. During it, participants will use hand-drawn animation to bring bees, butterflies and all kinds of creepy crawlies, from the Hunt Museum Garden, to life.

Young people will learn:

  • basic information about the history of animation
  • how to use the basic principles of hand-drawn animation to make their creations come to life

Suitable for children ages 9 to 12 only.
