Learn the basics of game development through a delightful set of retro-style creative tools. In this workshop participants will attempt to create a retro style 2D arcade game from scratch, covering topics of game artwork, animation, sound effects, music and programming. The workshop places strong emphasis on the process rather than the outcome, encouraging a playful and curious approach to failure to facilitate the best learning outcomes.
