Join Genevieve Ryan Dance Academy for some fun in the sun at Dancing In The Park day at one of Galway’s most beautiful locations, Salthill Park. Open to everyone and located near one of Galway’s Direct Provision Hotels.
On the day, you can enjoy an Afro class with one of Ireland’s leading Afro Dance teachers and choreographers, Lapree, as well as a Hip Hop class with the Academy’s very own Hip Hop master, Laura Ray. There will also be a stunning live performance from some of the Academy’s Hip Hop dancers!
Genevieve Ryan Dance Academy aims to nurture a dancer’s passion, integrity, and confidence in the performing arts. We aim to develop a dancer’s ability with skills and technique as well as the creative possibilities within each dancer. We believe that the magic of the performing arts provides both physical and mental benefits that will enrich the lives of our students. Our aim is to share our love of dance with students, through continued support and encouragement.
This free event will take place on 11 June from 2pm–5pm.
It is open to all children and young people!
