Interactive Music & Nature for Wellbeing Workshop

The Music and Nature for Wellbeing workshop is a fun and interactive experience designed for children aged 8-12. This workshop combines music and nature to promote overall well-being and emotional health. We will also Learn to do our bit in helping the environment through the principles of the LEAVE NO TRACE organisation.

Art is created outdoors depending on weather, and made using discarded and recycled materials, to take home.  By using these materials, we ensure that we do not strip the outdoors of potential food sources and habitats for the animals and birds who make their home there.

Throughout the workshop, children will engage in a variety of activities that encourage self-expression, connect them with the natural world, and foster a sense of wellbeing.

By combining music and nature-based crafts, the workshop nurtures the mind, body, and spirit of each child. Children will leave the workshop feeling inspired, refreshed, and connected to both themselves and the natural world.
