Kite Design Workshop – Drumcondra Library – 10.30am

To celebrate Cruinniú na nÓg, the national day of creativity for children and young people, Drumcondra Library is delighted to host a Kite Design workshop with Anyone4Science. 

In each session, participants will learn about flight and understand how objects can fly. 

Each participant will then use this knowledge to design and make their very own kite, to take home.  All materials provided. 

Session 1 at 10.30am: Age group 6-8 years 

Workshops hosted by Anyone4Science, an educational organisation providing fun, hands-on science, engineering and maths activities. 

Cruinniú na nÓg is a flagship initiative of the Creative Ireland Programme’s Creative Youth Plan to enable the creative potential of children and young people.

Booking: Places limited so booking required.
