If you have an interest in producing visual art and exploring wellbeing practices, then this project is perfect for you!
A series of two workshops, it is an opportunity to creatively explore the themes of wellbeing practices like getting out in nature, self-care, generosity, and general creativity. The goal is to create a digital inspiration guide for wellbeing with each participant’s work featured.
During the workshop, we’ll brainstorm together to come up with different positive ways to promote mental health and wellbeing. Then through a series of creative exercises and feedback sessions, you’ll create an illustration or other work that will be compiled into a digital booklet. The final booklet can be shared on libraries’ websites, social media, and other platforms.
Participants will be supplied with an art pack of different materials, such as water colours, fine liner pens, sheets of cartridge paper, paint brush, and worksheets.
