Maker Meet STEM Workshop

Participants will explore different forms of flight and different ways to fly. During the workshop, we will build at least 2 types of airplanes – one conventional with a launcher and another not so conventional airplane that will fly much, much further than you think!

All participants will take home their airplanes to enjoy even more fabulous flight!
We will also need to try and save a ship from crashing into rocks you can’t see! Participants will create a circuit to light an LED in a card – all on paper!

This is a fantastic project for students to make cards that light up and introduces them to basic circuitry.
 

On Cruinniú na nÓg day, June 15th, come along at 12 noon where there will be a STEM follow up for all our budding Designers and Engineers!
