Meet the Gamer Session with Games and Software Developer Gary Chadwick

  • Reading

Come join us to explore careers in gaming and game development.

In conjunction with the gaming workshops held in Wexford’s five libraries during Cruinniú, we are organizing five ‘Meet the Gamer’ sessions, each featuring different gamers at various libraries. These sessions provide young people with the opportunity to engage with workshop leaders and gain insights into the intricacies of gaming and game-making.

Gary Chadwick – Software and Game Developer:

Gary is a supervising software developer at Cartoon Saloon and an independent game developer of narrative games. As a child, Gary learned programming and started writing stories before combining the two by making games. Now, he self-publishes narrative games, primarily visual novels, that play with storytelling in games.

In partnership with Imirt – the representative body of game developers and creators from all disciplines throughout Ireland.
