In conjunction with the gaming workshops held in Wexford’s five libraries during Cruinniú, we are organizing five ‘Meet the Gamer’ sessions, each featuring different gamers at various libraries. These sessions provide young people with the opportunity to engage with workshop leaders and gain insights into the intricacies of gaming and game-making.
Darren Kearney – Game Developer and Engineer
Darren is a Lead Developer at micro-indie game studio Portal Punch Ltd. and Senior Cloud Engineer at Fidelity Investments. He is a game development community leader in Galway with a long track record of volunteer event organising including game jams, workshops, and meetups.
In partnership with Imirt – the representative body of game developers and creators from all disciplines throughout Ireland.
