Mohill Our Community Through Our Eyes

  • Workshop

If you know the town of Mohill you won’t want to miss this.

On the 13th June storyteller Alan Woods will tell a story about the town of Mohill using all its well known landmarks as reference points . Artist Kate Murtagh-Sheridan, will then respond to the story visually through drawing and illustration.

Families from the area will be encouraged to join in with whatever art materials they have to hand. The process will be broken into stages so that everyone will have time to do their drawings at home. The artworks created will then be showcased online and when it’s safe to do so there will be a physical exhibition in Canon Donohoe Hall in Mohill later in the year.

This event will be take place in a closed private live workshop to children living in Mohill on the 13th of June from 11am using the  online platform webex.
