Limerick and Clare Local Creative Youth Partnership (LCYP) are currently developing a programme, based on TikTok-esque portrait creation, with young people across Limerick and Clare.
Actor, performance facilitator and ETB Tutor, Frances Healy is leading on a series of workshops to support young people in creating micro sized videos depicting any aspect of their lives. A portrait might feature the young person on their own, in dialogue with someone else or it might feature a family member. All that is required in order to participate is a camera phone.
On June 13th, to celebrate Cruinniú na nÓg, the LCYP are running an online workshop for young people who would like to create their own Moving Portrait. Voice coaching, editing, dialogue and copyright are some of the areas to be covered.
Young people who are interested in participating can follow LCYP social media on facebook.com/LimClareETBYouthWork or on the @LimClareETB_CYP Twitter handle to find out how to register for the workshop. Further information from email@example.com or call 086 – 4120440.
