Myths of the Near Future

  • Workshop

What is the future going to look like?

Come and have a look at what some young learners think the future might look like!

5th class students from Merlin Woods Primary School are creating a world of their own! These worlds will be made using clay and found objects, and captured by their classmates both as pictures and cinematic videos. Photos, videos and some selected works (worlds!) will be showcased.

These creations will be shared on Cruinniú na nÓg and as part of TULCA Festival 2022 in November.

The workshops will be facilitated by Aoife Natsumi Frehan, the Education Coordinator for TULCA Festival of Visual Arts, a Japanese-Irish ceramic artist and youth worker based in Galway City.

No booking is necessary, all are welcome.
