If you are aged 6-12 years old and would like to discover the animal world through dance and movement, then join our series of workshops throughout the month of May.
You will be encouraged to dance, imagine and look closely at living creatures from different environments. Through the art of dance, you will explore animals small and large, from the sea, farms, zoos, jungles and beyond.
The project will be curated by Kerry Dancer in Residence Catherine Young and will be facilitated by dancer, choreographer and educator Monica Muňoz Marin.
Workshops will be held via Zoom on Thursday afternoons commencing 6th May and will run 13th, 20th & 27th May.
6-8 years 3.30-4.15pm
8-10 years 4.30-5.15pm
10-12 years 5.30-6.15pm

At the end of the series of workshops, a film inspired by the collective creativity of the dance participants will be created and shared on 12th June for Cruinniú na nÓg.
