Plantable Seed Paper Workshop at Mud Island

Make your own plantable seed paper from recycled materials!

Suitable for all ages (with adult supervision) this workshop invites participants to use homemade recycled paper pulp mixed with wildflower seeds to create an awesome plantable seed paper. Once planted in soil, the seeds in the paper will grow into beautiful Irish wildflowers that benefit local pollinators and wildlife.

Learn about biodiversity in a vibrant urban garden, get creative in shaping the paper into different shapes, and create beautiful gifts you can give to family, friends – or your local bees.

Takes place at Mud Island Community Garden in North Strand. Open to all ages with adult supervision. Booking required.

Choose from two time slots: 11am-11.45am and 12pm-12.45pm. Book your free place by emailing bredaj@fotofix.ie.
