Running over a four-week period commencing on May 6th, these workshops will be held in St. Declan’s Community College, Kilmacthomas, Co Waterford – a Creative Ireland Creative School.
The workshop facilitator will work with Transition Year students to develop the skills involved in podcasting, publishing online and how to be an online influencer.
This workshop will explore social media strategies and media production, while giving students the skills needed to plan your podcast or vodcast.
Workshop facilitator Muireann’s background is in art and design with practical experience in the creative media industries. She has over 15 years of combined experience in the broadcast industry (BBC 7 years) and the corporate and commercial sectors (8 years), and she is experienced at teaching practical hands-on workshops to a broad range of people, including young people.
