Print Making Workshop

Come make, share and print with Print Van Go travelling print studio at Tullamore Library on Saturday 15th June.

This DIY printmaking workshop allows participants to learn low-tech printmaking techniques to create simple and colourful prints and patterns on textiles. Participants will be introduced to the immediate and flexible form of block printing and will have the opportunity to learn how to use a variety of printmaking tools to make multi-layered artworks. They will be able to choose from a variety of play-themed relief printing blocks to create their own hand-printed designs and images to take home,

The Print Van Go team will also introduce some simple hand sewing techniques to turn individual pieces into one big collaborative banner to capture and share the stories of the community.  

This free activity is a fun interactive workshop designed to capture the imagination of all ages.
