The ‘Relax Your Brain and Create’ workshop aims to build confidence in children in a mindful and relaxed atmosphere, giving them skills that they can use to create their own art.
Artists from Bailieborough Creative Hub will guide the children through a morning of creative exercises using different materials and techniques.
The final work will be displayed at the end of the workshop for parents to view and celebrate with the children.
