Droichead Arts Centre presents this exciting workshop with Kieran Gallagher, a percussion-filled session of Brazilian samba drumming.
This Cruinniú na nÓg workshop has been specially designed with a focus on the younger audience, encouraging them to meet and share in the musical experience of playing the carnival drums of Rio de Janeiro.
There will be two sessions:
Session 1 from 10am-10.40am for ages 6-8
Session 2 from 10.50am-11.30am for ages 9-11
Booking is essential.
This event is a collaboration between Meath and Louth County Councils for this year’s Cruinniú na nÓg, produced by Droichead Arts Centre.
