Schools Programme: Animal Crackers with Author/Illustrator Alan Nolan

Join author and illustrator Alan Nolan as he talks about feathery fiends from his last book, ‘Sam Hannigan and the Last Dodo’, and furry friends from his new book (with Sarah Webb) ‘Animal Crackers’.

Children will learn loads of cool animal facts, explore how to draw a dodo, and play along with Alan’s new quiz show ‘Alive, Extinct or Just Plain Stinky!’

Alan Nolan is the author and illustrator of many books and comics, including ‘Fintan’s Fifteen,’ and the ‘Sam Hannigan’ series. He lives in Bray, Co. Wicklow with his wife, three sons, and an evil cat called Chewie.

This event is suitable for 1st to 4th class and will be presented via Zoom on Friday, June 11th from 10 to 11am. For more information, see the Meath Cruinniú na nÓg website.
