Wicklow Arts Office understands that a lot of young people around the county are isolating at home, not able to meet up with friends or participate in their usual creative activities. Normally Cruinniú na nÓg allows us to gather and create in parks, libraries, schools, theatres, woodlands and heritage sites. This year in light of the Covid-19 pandemic this is not possible. So, Wicklow Arts Office are delighted to ask you to create together yet apart this year for Cruinniú. We want you (with some assistance from parents or guardians) to show us your creative ability and share it with the county.
We are collaborating with well-known musicians in County Wicklow, Music Generation Wicklow and our resident choral group The Mouthful Way want you to write in whatever creative style or music genre you like, an original song as part of our Cruinniú na nÓg #CreativeIreland Wicklow competitions for 2020.
Great! What do I have to do?
