Songs of Seedlings – a Climate Change Opera Workshop with Music Generation Wexford

Join the young people from Music Generation Wexford’s Opera Workshops to sing the songs from Seedlings, a futuristic climate change opera, written and directed by Elizabeth Drwal in collaboration with young people and composed by Andrew Synnott.

Led by Elizabeth Drwal, Aileen Donohoe and the young people from the opera, Music Generation Wexford will host an exciting singing workshop for young people who will experience the story and songs of Seedlings and have the opportunity to perform them. 

‘In the not-too-distant future, a tribe of young people live underground. This world has no sunrise, no sunset, no stars, no trees, no mountains. Who are these people? How did they get here?….
