“We are born naturally curious in exploring how it feels to live through the “Soma”, living body, it is eminent to keep this vital aspect of being human alive.

Children still hold much of this joy, and I love to encourage and celebrate that with them.”

Session 1:  Age, 3-5 approx.  10.30am to 11am
