We are thrilled to welcome the Supertones’ Children’s Choir to Blackrock Park! This inclusive children’s choir will be singing a range of songs for all to enjoy, including some songs inspired by the sea.

So, bring a picnic blanket and sit back to listen to some local musical talent. In addition to this performance we will be having youth choirs, young rappers, and other youth orchestras performing on the bandstand in Blackrock Park, performances will take place on the hour from 11.00am – 3.00pm.

This event is part of a special Cruinniú na nÓg family day taking place at Blackrock Park which will celebrate the heritage and biodiversity of the park, for further detail on the day please click on the event link.

The Supertones’ Children’s Choir, a fun and inclusive children’s choir based in Booterstown, Dublin. We sing lots of different songs together, such as folk songs, canons, popular songs and old favourites. We put our own twist on the music by making up our own lyrics, movements and even including some instruments. We love singing and have fun learning new songs! 

If you have a keen singer aged between 8-12 years of age, they are very welcome to come try out our special choir. There is no formal audition, just come along to the open rehearsal and see how you like it! Find out more at http://www.thesupertones.net.
