Jacinta Sheerin and Aindrias Stack invite very young children and their parents or carers to join them on a journey with Fontane the Bear as he sets off on his adventures around North West Clare.
Did he remember to pack his swimming togs? Where will he hide his bike while he goes for a swim? Will his tomato sandwiches be yucky when he comes out of the water? So many questions, but Fontayne has forgotten the most important one!
Jacinta Sheerin is an actor, singer, writer, and drama therapist who is currently working with the Local Creative Youth Partnership and Clare County Childcare Committee, listening to stories from very young children in a number of Early Learning centres on the Loop Head Peninsula. Aindrias de Staic is an actor, writer, musician, and one of a new generation of Irish storytellers. Together, these artists bring drama and intrigue to this brand new story for very young audiences and their families for Cruinniú na nÓg 2021.
This prerecorded video will be available all day on June 12th on the Clare Library YouTube channel and also shared on Creative Ireland Clare Facebook page.
