Youth Photography Project

Photographer Tara O’Donoghue will work with two groups of 10 young people from Ballyspillane and Ballydribeen estates, to run photography workshops around the themes of identity and homeplace.

Participants will be taught the concepts of photography and have full ownership of capturing their images on a device. They will also be shown how to edit those images and email or print them for a final exhibition.

Workshops for the project start in May and continue to September 2022.

Online showcase of the work-to-date will be launched on 11 June and will also be available online through the link below.
