BreakThrough Dance Workshop

Do you love to dance?! I mean, who doesn’t nowadays, just say the word TikTok and there’s usually a dance that follows soon after! Dancing makes us feel good, it’s fun and it’s something everyone can do, just put on a good song, blast it up loud and move (or dance) like no-one’s watching!

There’s a multitude of dance styles around the world. and it holds a significant place in so many cultures, providing a sense of community, connection and celebration. Dance brings people together and helps people to connect.

This 90-minute workshop will explore various styles of dance including hip hop, contemporary and jazz dance. Participants will be encouraged to work as a group, learning different choreography to different songs whilst also exploring their own individual movements and creativity.

 

Previous dance experience is not required. 

Beginners are most welcome.

Suitable for ages 12-16 years
