Get ready for a magical day at Tory Top Library with our Book Character Fancy Dress event!

Children are invited to dress up as their favourite book characters, from Harry Potter to Where’s Wally, and let their imaginations run wild. There will be great prizes to be won, and everyone is welcome to join the fun.
